In this four week workshop, we will explore a number of ways to recognize and respond to the signals your nervous system is sending you. We will pull from EMDR resourcing techniques, Poly Vagal Exercises , IFS practices and Somatic strategies. You will learn and practice implementing these skills and strategies during the workshop and then in your everyday life. This workshop might be a good fit for you if you are:

  • Experiencing high levels of stress and dysregulation in your life and find that what you’ve tried isn’t working or you don’t know what to try.

  • Considering individual therapy but aren’t sure if you’re fully invested in the idea yet.

  • Are on a waitlist for therapy, or simply want to deepen your current coping strategies to create a solid foundation for you to navigate the stress of everyday life.

  • Want to start EMDR therapy, but you need a bit of foundational resourcing before you begin.
